Encouraging the Sale of a House
A client asked me to clear a house that had been on the market in a desirable neighborhood. It had been nicely staged, but the offers were not forthcoming. The owner had sensed that the energy was stuck and was affecting the sale.
When I walked into her home, I could feel how each room had a story to tell about what had transpired there.
There were a variety of things to clear including, drug energy, betrayal energy, sadness, disappointment, a ghost from a previous owner and some earth spirits that were trapped in the garden and unhappy.
There were complicating energies from neighbors and around the property boundaries. I cleared those energies and established a loving and strong boundary around the property. The energy of peace and harmony and compassion was brought in to heal the property. A statue of Quan Yen was placed in the garden and a statue of Mary was placed by the front door, welcoming and blessing all who entered.
Within a few days, some prospective clients came to look at the home. The first thing they noticed was the statue of Mary at the front door. They were so excited that they offered to buy the statue of her on the spot!
They loved the feeling of the house and “felt like they belonged there”. They made an offer immediately and the entire transaction was done with ease and grace.”
Clearing a house that was not selling
As they told the story of the house and their lives I tracked many kinds of energies that were still in the house and land. This couple has invested much love and effort into creating a beautiful, quality home, but they had to leave it. We discussed their lost dreams, grief, deep connections to the land, betrayal of the tenants and some unresolved conflicts involving some of the local residents.
As we worked together they released their attachments to the property, karma and cords to people in the area. All the aspects of the home and land were cleared and we blessed the land and acknowledged the land spirits.
At the end of the session they set their intention for the kind of new owner they would like to see in the home, the price they would like to receive and a time frame for when the sale would be completed with ease. It concluded with both of them feeling lighter, more resolved and complete with letting the property go.
Creating a Healing Sanctuary
In a small town a new hospital was being created where an old one had been. There was a new vision of it being a healing sanctuary, where care was personal and of a high quality. The vision included an integrated approach to patient care and the staff was excited to create the vision.
As they told the story of the house and their lives I tracked many kinds of energies that were still in the house and land. This couple has invested much love and effort into creating a beautiful, quality home, but they had to leave it. We discussed their lost dreams, grief, deep connections to the land, betrayal of the tenants and some unresolved conflicts involving some of the local residents.
The ceremony was well attended and all felt the palpable shift afterwards to a calm, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere where healing was possible on a deeper level.
