Education and Training
For the past 4 decades, I have integrated my training in traditional medicine with Energy Medicine. I have learned how to support, encourage and be present with people in the most challenging moments of life. I have worked with people recovering from the most traumatic, life-changing events. I have walked the healing journey with thousands, learning how to give from my heart with sincerity.
In 1995 I became a student of Energy Medicine while living in Europe. I studied energy healing, flower essences, homeopathy and essential oils. I was hungry to understand the deeper levels of healing that addressed the emotional, psychological and Spiritual aspects of our selves.
I have learned that is crucial to accept individuals where they are and to appreciate that their history or trauma does not define them. Rather, I see that we all have a bright, expansive self at our core. When we go beyond a diagnosis or limiting set of beliefs, we are able to experience an expanded, healthier, more connected sense of ourselves. This is the gift of being witnessed and supported to reach for the brightest light that exists within each of us.
